The following lines were written extempore by a gentleman,
on a comet, that lately appear'd in Pensylvania.
  When a comet presumes
  To sweep heaven's rooms,
  With a tail as long as a beesom;
  Astrologers shew,
  And mortals all know,
  Some strange thing will vex, or else please 'em.
